Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

  • You may request a refund or replacement within 7 days if:

    • The product is damaged during delivery

    • The product is defective or not as described

    • The wrong item was delivered

  • To qualify, the item must be:

    • Unused and in original packaging

    • Returned with proof of purchase (order number or invoice)

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after inspection.

  • If the issue is not from our side (e.g., change of mind, size/color preference), return shipping costs may apply.

  • No refunds after the product has been used.
