  • Order Cancellation: Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days after order confirmation.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • Photos and videos (including unboxing, if available) may be requested to verify claims.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is confirmed to be due to our error.
