1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept return or exchange requests within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition.

  • The product must be returned with original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and protective materials.

  • A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.

For automotive parts, “unused” means the item has not been installed, mounted, or connected to power.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incomplete order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve your issue quickly, we recommend providing:

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

  • An unboxing video (if available)

While an unboxing video helps speed up verification, we will still review claims fairly based on the evidence provided.

3. Return Process

  • Submit your request via email or WhatsApp with relevant details and evidence.

  • Once approved, you will be provided with return instructions.

  • After receiving the item, our team will inspect it within 7–10 business days.

4. Refunds & Store Credit

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after inspection.

  • Refund time may vary depending on your payment provider (bank, Easypaisa, JazzCash).

  • In some cases (e.g., missing packaging or minor issues), partial refunds or store credit may be offered.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect, damaged, or defective.

6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or installed products

  • Electrical items that have been powered on or installed

  • Customized or special-order items

  • Clearance or final sale items
